Lee had to change anti-biotics because his leg still has some sort of infection that the other anti-biotic wasn't curing.
Lance was bit by a spider sometime yesterday on one of his fingers. He went to the med center this morning because his hand was starting to swell and they said it looks like a brown recluse bite. He had to get a shot, some anti-biotics and cortisone cream. He goes back in the morning for the doctor to look at it again. They said he will probably lose all the skin around the bite. Blah.
Our house has a major spider problem. I told Lance that he needed to get it taken care of before Kailee or the baby was bit. He bombed the attic and the basement before we moved in and it ran them all in here. Mostly baby spiders but that probably means it's millions from an egg that hatched. *shivers*
Pray no one else gets bit!
The baby's eye started looking better yesterday. The doctor said to keep warm compresses on it and massage it. It's normal for babies to have a clogged tear duct. It will probably come and go. Maybe until she's 6 months old. Let's hope not. Oozy eyes are yucky.
Madelynn weighed 7, 8 when she was born and 7, 5 when she left the hospital. She weighed 7,10 last week and 7,15 yesterday. woowee! She sleeps all night and eats all day. The doctor said she is making up for not eating at night like alot of babies wake up to do. That's fine with me - as long as I get to sleep majority of the night.
Kailee went to bed at 830pm last night because she didn't have a nap. She was spinning round and round in her bumper car and falling alseep (while still spinning). It was pitiful. I took her to bed. It's now after 10am and she's still sleeping. The baby woke up around 8am. She's snoozing beside me on the couch.
I have a movie in and so far it isn't interesting me (1408). Maybe it will get better. It's only been on about 10 minutes. I'm trying to watch some of it before Kailee gets up because she takes over the TV.
My inlaws should be here around 1230. I have a doctor appointment at 145. I was going to have them go with me but I think I will just let them watch Kailee here and I'll take the baby with me. The doctor's office is small and it's too much trouble to try to entertain Kailee in a boring doctor's office. I will probably have to have a chest xray as well so no sense in dragging her there too. Wish me luck! I will probably start my new medication this weekend. I'm a little worried. I hate all the side effects and monitoring they have to do when taking stuff like that but I have to do SOMETHING. If the Lord isn't going to heal me then I've got to be as well as possible for my children.
Continue praying for us.

4 folks had something to say.:
I'm still praying daily for your complete healing...and I'm still expecting it!!!!
I will be praying too... love ya.
Ben had an oozy eye for up to a year. They are gross! Blah.
I am GLAD she is sleeping through the night. I NEVER had a kid do that. Ben is 19 months and has only been sleeping through the night for a month. But since he is sick he got up last night to breast feed. It is too weird. He will come to the bed and push himself up from the entertainment center and start pulling my covers back like I am a soda fountain or something. grr. LOL!
I got bit by a spider. I showed it to Momma last night. It is nasty. Right on my elbow. All I could think about was Lee. EEK!
We have spider issues as well. I am going to get someone to come spray. It is only $80 and it takes care of EVERYTHING. Including the spiders.
I have spiders too, but I dont know if they are dangerous. I see three kinds, one of which is daddy long leg, the jumping kind, and some brown kind.
