Update on Lance.

Lance went back to the medical center this morning. They sent him over to the main hospital to have his hand cut open and drained. They gave him 10 shots and it still didn't numb it. They tried again and it still didn't work. They had to cut it open and clean it out anyway. He called me a couple of times to pray for him because he was in so much pain. They stuck his hand in a whirlpool bath and wrapped it up. He has to go back Monday. The doctor said the infection didn't look as bad as what he expected. He can't do any work, other than paper work. Continue to pray for him. He won't take the pain medication they gave him - just Tylenol. He also got another antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory. Poor guy! He didn't sleep at all last night. As I said before, continue to remember him in your prayers. He works so much - this may be God's way of slowing him down for awhile.
