It's been almost a week...

....since Kailee has worn a diaper during the day.
She has only had a couple of accidents.
She's doing great. She goes out in her panties and has NO accidents.
The reason for her accidents is because 1)she's playing outside and doesn't want to come in or 2)Madelynn is asleep in my room and Lance is in the hall bathroom and she can't hold it.

The ONLY problem we're having is the poop part. She WILL NOT poop in the potty. Anytime she needs to poop, she asks for a diaper. I've taken her to sit on the potty for like 10 minutes but she won't go. As soon as I put a diaper on her, she goes and hides, poops and then she gets back in panties. HAHA! That's okay though - she'll figure it out. I'm just glad I'm not changing a hundred diapers a day.

She still sleeps in a diaper --- well, if she doesn't take it off in the middle of the night. One morning, she was naked when we woke up and I found her diaper in the bed, dry. So she's starting to figure out bladder control through the night too.

YAY KAILEE!

3 folks had something to say.:

That is so precious...Enjoy all the milestones of life with your children, it's over way before you want it to be...I had Wendy for 18 years and you for 22 and it wasn't long enough...

Go Kailee!

Mommy, WOW! She's a big kid now!

Sara has started wanting to take her diaper off and she DOES NOT like when she is what we call "squishy". She is little yet and I don't want to go into full-out potty training but I am thinking of just getting her a little potty and setting her on it when we are in there... just so it gets familiar to her with no pressure.

Awww,Jacob had trouble pooping into the potty also, but one day I told him the potty was hungry and wanted his poop to eat and he did it...lol

Before he did that he went out in the front yard and pooped and had me come see and told me he pooped like sassie...we had to talk about the right place to poop..he was funny, but got it..

Good for Kailee for what she is doing right now! Yippy!
